We try to get all orders out within 3 to 5 business days. Canvas prints, framed and unframed, ship out within 5 to 7 business days from Orange County, California or our Kentucky printer for East Coast customers. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-21 days.

Paper prints are rolled and shipped in a tube and shipped FedEx or USPS.
If you order a small paper print with a larger paper print, it will get rolled with the larger print.
Canvas prints, framed and unframed, are shipped in custom boxes. Artwork is centered with extra cardboard on the face of the canvas along with a buffer zone around all the edges and are shipped FedEx or UPS.
If you ordered more than one item, like a canvas and paper print it will come in separate shipments, and possibly on separate days. Thanks for your patience!
If the package was damaged, please take several photos of it to assist us in filing a claim with the shipper. Please provide this information within 5 days of receiving your order. Additionally, take a few pictures of the damaged product itself. Email the photos, along with your order information, to:Contact@HarmonizeVisions.com
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any damage incurred while handling and unpacking the order, so be careful!

Yes, please select the rolled canvas option. If you prefer it to be shipped stretched for an additional charge, please contact us HERE.
Additionally, you will be responsible for any import taxes or customs duties applicable in your country, so we recommend researching these potential costs before placing your order.
